Training Events
The Butte County One-Stop
is pleased to offer an innovative customer service training geared towards
front-line staff. This training will provide practical ideas for improving
staff performance, recharging employee attitudes, reducing staff turnover
and creating a more pleasing work environment for all.
Our training focuses on
the employee skills needed to attract customers and keep them returning to
your business. We teach techniques for creating a positive experience for
every customer that walks in your door. Conflict resolution tips are
provided. We will provide strategies for dealing with difficult people with
the goal of turning these folks into satisfied customers.
This highly interactive
training also focuses on enhancing your employees’ actual job performance.
We explore ways to enhance personal career success by maintaining a positive
attitude on the job. Your employees will enjoy the training and you will
enjoy the skills that they will bring back to your business!
This training is held in both Chico and Oroville and are from 8 a.m. to 5
p.m.
